Yeah, but can the 997 pull the front wheels at the strip?

Nope, don't like it... Don't like the round headlights, don't like the interior personally, and from what others have told me, the 997 TT is less inspiring...

And mine has many many upgrades that made even a brand new GT2 disappear in my mirror...

With better control arms from a GT3, this car will be a much better performer... We turned a number of 2:10s this past weekend, and that was with bringing the car home with a corded right rear and brake pads that were almost to the backing plates...

He was over talking to me as I was trying to figure out what to do about my Harmonic Balancer bolt when he stated he had the same engine as I do in his car. ( I was trying to figure out why I had to work to keep up) I have an LS6 not an LS1. So which does he have?

You guys look like you have fun flying around together. I wish I could have stayed for Chin but time and finances dictated otherwise. I will be at NASA for 3 days at the end of the month. If you're there come up on the hill and say HI.

If you talk to Mark ask him if he recieved his wrench in the mail. He loaned me a 15/16 combo to work on my Harmonic balacer bolt and I mailed it back to him.

Hey Bob!

Mark's running a tired junk yard LS1 motor/tranny while he shakes out his Zcar. My car had more power than his, but he is clearly a faster driver... His line shows it. I've known Mark for a long time now and this was the first time we've been on the track together at the same time. We were playing car and mouse until jrz1 put his C6Z06 into the tires after T6a. We came in after that and then Went back out, but Mark called it quits soon after.

He's a super guy and a real southern gentleman! I'll check and see if he got his wench back yet!

Not sure when I'll be back at the track. I've got a 3 day event w/PCA in August at Summit Point, and I'm supposed to do another 3 days with PCA in September, but I've got a Zcar project similar to Mark's and seeing him run his made me think about retiring the P-car and finishing the Z-car!

Mike
