Let's not forget the disregard for the blend line right off the bat!

This has been posted before.

I'm not so sure it's a case of early turn in as much as lifting and possibly still having cold tires.

probably an ounce of trailbraking, hesitation with getting on the throttle and not opening the wheel up enough.

he was also all over the track in that vid, so i'm gonna assume he was slightly in over his head speedwise. Luckily though, it looks like no harm done.

Nah guys. Mike is a pretty well respected member here and knows what he's doing. If I'm not mistaken, he has lots of track time with shorter wheelbase Porsches. I'm not so quick to redicule him for his line on his warm up lap. I think it was more likely the speed -vs- tires on this deal.

Yes turning in too early, on cold tires, would do the trick

Cool... not here to ridicule by any means. Did not see this posted before but I like to surf videos of fast laps and not so good laps trying to learn from all :-)
