Is a roll bar or roll cage needed for coupe in HPDE? Just about all tracks require a roll bar for convertible cars. How about the C5 coupe, which are really a targa cars?

I am debating whether I should really wait until I find a C5 FRC or C5 Z06 or will a coupe be accepted for track days.

Coupes do not need a roll bar.

Not needed. Specially if you are a novice. On the other hand, safety equipment and brakes should be your first mods as you gain speed. Good luck.
