C5Z Wheels Track Setup???
I have a set of Factory Reproduction 18x12 C5 ZO6 repros that I would like to run Toyo R888's (335/30/18) on the rear and the 10.5 version in the front that I could run 295/30/18's on. I realize I may need spacers but will this combo work GOOD? If so can you post your impressions? I also have another set of C5Z repros that are 18x10.5 and 18x9.5 that I could run Toyo R888's 305/35/18 rears and 275/35/18 fronts. I'm thinking my alignment & camber will determine alot, but I am just trying to determine if the larger wheels and tires mentioned above with the same make/model of tire will make a difference in handling & lower my lap times

well more tire always helps, and honestly I think you could get a set of 305/315's on those 10.5's up front. That combo will work just fine, however, if you are just starting off, street tires is the way to go. Take some time and learn on street tires, that way if you make a mistake its at a lower speed and there is more time to correct. R-comps are not forgiving for a beginner.
