Pfadt Inverted Sport Shocks for Super Stock
I got mine yesterday and have successfully installed the front right shock so far. I've got to figure out how to stop dropping crap down into the engine bay. For someone who has no clue how to work on cars, I'm happy to have one shock installed after 4-5 hours. Kinda cool seeing my car sitting on 4 jack stands for the first time ever.
Anway, anybody else running these? What settings front/back are you running?
FWIW, they are on an '08 Z06.
TIA

i got mine installed, along with the SS front swaybar this past weekend also... i just used the recommended settings on the install notes included with the parts- 10 clicks away from full soft all around and middle hole on both arms of the swaybar...
i'll really see how much better it'll be when i go to my next race in 3 weeks...

^^ Basically backwards from how I have my shocks, unless Konis are different.
As for your installation...I'm not sure how different your 08 is from my 02, but for me it made life WAY easier to unbolt the upper control arm and pull the old shock out the top rather than trying to compress it and pull it out the bottom.

O'malley has his fronts set close to this too and his rears are even stiffer...something like 15. I believe the guy with the C6Z51 who took 8th at nationals is running his fronts close to ours also.

About 15 - 20 minutes a corner (air tools) plus beer breaks.
