Is it these? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/20PC-...Q5fAccessories or another type. If another type please post the link so we will know which ones you are talking about. Thanks

Yeah Oli I like those. I bookmarked them to get later. I see they also have the aluminum valve for air, are you running those too?
Please let us know when the lugs wear out, they should wear at a higher rate right?

The lug nuts I spoke of have been relisted on e bay to this site:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=380187372246
If you ask the import man about using them in repeated changing of wheels as in autocrossing, drifting, etc., he should tell you not to use them. Damn shame, 'cause they are perfect for what we need..not to mention they look really good.

Rays nuts
Went to a Ray's Engineering site - nothing but stuff (nuts too) from the far east. Saw black racing ones for $18 each - $360 for 20.....pricey. These the ones you have?

Lug nuts
John said basicall all I really need is the stock GM nuts with the longer shank, for aluminum wheels and use a deep socket 19MM, to put them on. Using a18 Volt Dewalt cordless impact wrench is the trick, using those GM conical nuts!
Did not find those illusive longer steel nuts anyway.

This should be the end..talked with John Purner at CCW (I have two sets of his wheels and needed the long nuts, at least I thought I did..)

Here's the ones I use.
http://bigwheelsnyc.com/rvm635-22x85...2-1-4-1-2.aspx
$25 for 20 w/free shipping. They have more thread engagment than a standard lugnut due to being ET style.

Melting Slicks
Or these?

Tons of these out there. I use them for the track - steel, open ended, 19mm, strong, available in any color (if you care about that).

They work perfectly. I imagine if you had a wheel with a really thin hub they may not seat but most aluminum wheels have at least a 3/8" thick hub. Should never be a problem.
