Default Anybody Know What Happened to TrackTime4Cars?

The last couple years TrackTime4cars.com ran many events at NJMP, Pocono, Summit Point, etc. I remember them having some problems with attendance and they canceled some of the events last fall. Now their web site seems to be down (has been for the past few weeks). Anyone know what happened - have they left the building?

Personally I didn't like their membership program. Although I wanted to do one or two events with them last year the dollars didn't work out due to the membership fee (If you ran several events then it was a good deal, but for one or two events it was expensive.)

2009 was a hard year for most groups running HPDEs. Attendance was way down but track and insurance fees did not go down.

I talked to one of the principals of TrackTime4Cars, tonight. All is well. They have had some issues with the website and it should be up again very soon.

Great group, enjoy running with them very much!

As long as they have a good motorcyle base, I think they will be OK. Running cars for them was always gravy, not the bread and butter. Bikes make up 80-90% of their attendance, although 2008 saw a dramatic increase in car participation (especially vette's) due in part to the advertisement on this forum.
