Default Ncm vir

I've run every NCM event east of the Mississippi since the first one at CMP in 1995 and look forward to running this one. Maybe I'll graduate out of the Green group this time. This is a really great bunch of drivers - safe on track, helpful in the paddock and a lot of laughs at dinner. Roc and Tom recruit excellent classroom instructors, the in car instructors make a sincere effort to help a driver improve, VIR is one of the most fun to drive around and the VIR starter and corner workers run a very disciplined track. If you are undecided about this event, decide to have the time of your life and sign up soon!

I'm ready, and the car is getting close. Lot's of upgrades and maintenance taking place as we speak. I took these pictures today at BlackDog Racing in Lincolnshire, IL.

Thank God for long Chicago winters, as it's the only time to do the work , and accumulate a little slush fund for those summer months . . .

Looking forward to catching up with old friends, and participating in the instructor group at a great track.

Let the countdown begin!

Default Vir

I could simply say ditto to Art's (V8Juice) comments. He and I have attended all the NCM events and have enjoyed them all. I live in central Virginia, so VIR is my "home track" (only 2 hours away) and I never get tired of running there. NCM has great instructors, great classroom sessions and lots of fun and knowledgeable corvette guys (and ladies.....Donna). I'm in again and look forward to seeing you all.

Looking forward to another VIR event. For anyone interested, I believe there is a PCA event the preceeding weekend which a few of us may try to sneak into.

Hi Dan,

I am the Competition Chair for Corvette Club of America. We have 8 confirmed from CCA for NCM HPDE at VIR and several more that should be reporting in shortly. Send me your email and I will add you to our email list if you like.

Hey Donna, stop looking for another slot, just 'cause you are twice as good as the rest of us doesn't mean you have to sign up twice!
