Default Scuderia Jake Emblem

I think this looks good. Not sure about the placement may be a little high, but overall effect is nice.

Just my opinion but it is like homage to Ferrari.

Weird! It's good you're happy with it though.

Even before that moronic pit incident, NO one was going to catch the Risi Ferrari - he was running away from the field. It was rumored the Vettes were running in LeMans trim which might have slowed them a little, and it sure looked like it with the BMWs and the Ferraris running away from the Vettes on the straights.

Definitely not a good "first" showing. As much as I like to cheer for the Vettes, it's nice to see them actually have some work to do and some competition. Hopefully it will be a good competitive season in GT. There are a lot of good cars out there this year.

Not sure I get it, but my car has a panther wearing a onesie on it. If you like it then keep it.

Now, I can cheer for them and feel like there is some victory when they win. For the past few years its just been practically assumed.

Minus the pits thing... this is good! Competition is good!

As for the Scuderia emblem... unless the car has a Ferrari motor and cost 300k, I think it looks cheap. Just saying, slap a true corvette Jake on there. No reason not to have pride in the Vette being a Vette, no need to copy a Ferrari. To each their own though, I don't generally like clones either.

i wouldn't so much say Ferrari kicked butt as much as i would say P&M looked like rookies. The pit lane crash is what really did them in. Being new to GT2 with the 5.7L engine you could understand a power shortage or reliability issue but prep issues and pit miscues aren't what you would expect.

On the homage to Ferrari, maybe, but if so not misplaced. Other than my 90 C4 my next two favorite sports cars are a 1972 Ferrari Daytona, the best car I have ever been behind the wheel of, and the Ferrari 512BB, whose lines my C4 remind me of.

I think the Jake is cool, but why would you put it in a scuderia shield?

I like shields. Porsche and Ferrari have had their shield logo's forever, Corvette seems to feel the need to change every generation, and has really nothing for the side of the car. Jake is ok, but by himself looks like any other skull to most. IMHO the yellow shield catches the eye and draws you into Jakes crossed flag eyes.

Blasphemy...do you think Enzo would put a Jake emblem on his livery in tribute to Corvette domination?

It's a neat idea! I can understand trying to be creative with Jake but did you ever think of using something other than the Ferrari symbol? There are many different kinds of sheilds and background designs that might have worked just as well. I bet you could come up with something you like just as well which is a bit more unique and doesn't involve using a Ferrari symbol on a Corvette. (just a thought)
