Will the C6 Factory EOC ETC handle the track?
The C6's (2005-07 Z51) come with an optional Engine Oil Cooler and Transmission Cooler.
KNP COOLING SYSTEM,TRANSMISSION,HEAVY DUTY HVY DUTY TRANS CLG SYS(KNP)
KPS OIL COOLER,ENGINE ENG OIL COOLER(KPS)
Will these options allow you to forget about you fluid temps, ie. Oil less than 250f?
Or will you still end up having to get an aftermark Dewitts or DRM unit?
Real track experience please (90degrees up), no guessing.

Nope. My C6 Z51 could easily hit 300F on oil on a 100+F day at Thunderhill (on the stock runflats, or Toyo R888s, not even Hoosiers). I put in a DRM/Ron Davis Radiator with EOC/TOC and it's kept the temps in check. I'll know exactly how well when I get a few more days on it during the summer. I don't think you'll see under 250F without a huge external oil cooler, though.

That's interesting, I thought it would have been fine. I don't run ridiculously long sessions, but I've never hit over about 270º on my C6Z06, and would have assumed the C6 setup would be similar.

z06>z51 in terms of cooling. The drysump and large external cooler seems to be working better. Add some horsepower to the Z and you are right back to spending money with the aftermarket.
