Default FS: Tire Trailer / Track Trailer

This trailer is perfect for autocrossers or track enthusiasts. Now you can drive to the track on your street tires and roll on something more aggresive for a track day.

This is a step up from the standard small trailers you can buy. No plywood and PVC like some of the others I've seen.

* I've fabricated a removable 1" OD coped/welded and rubber covered, tire rack which will accomidate just about any tire size. (Currently I run tire sizes for a C6 Z06)
* One strap will hold all 4 wheels/tires down rigid.
* The rear has metal straps which will allow you to throw a huge plastic tool box between the frame rails.
* The way things are laid out, the weight balance is perfect and quite low. Trailer tows like it isn't even there.
* It's fitted with highspeed wheels. I've driven 3hrs away averaging over 80mph, so no worries.
* Due to its size, you can flip it vertical and tuck it away in the garage.

Condition:
This trailer is less than 1yr old, used 3x, and always stored indoors. Needless to say, its immaculate. No rust, nothing wrong at all. It looks like it was just purchased.

Save yourself the aggrivation of hacking something together. This is a very stout custom solution.

Bring it to VIR and I will take it for $200. Anytime and you can drop it off at my house in Milton if I am not there.

I'll take the hitch too if it will fit an 06 C6 (not Z06)

rbl, you've got a PM.

Also, sorry, the hitch was modified to work on a Z. There's always C6 hitches popping up.
