For the heavy weight racing sway bars, are you going from aluminum to steel from this point forward? What is the difference between the 2 types?

Hey peterpiper, can you specify what you are inquiring about? What part are you referring to that is "going from aluminum to steel"? I am sorry if I am blatantly missing something.

Sorry for the (very) late reply-- I'm referring to your HR product info:

... * Part #1110212 (steel frame) / #1110213 (Aluminum frame) ...

What is the difference between these two? are you referring to the frame of the car? (C6 vs C6Z) or is the sway bar itself made of steel vs. aluminum?

Well thanks for asking the question, even if it's a bit late!

The material of the bar packages remain in the same, the aluminum or steel frame designation has more to do with the chassis construction. The C5/C6 base/C6 Grand Sport will use bar intended for steel frames, while the C6Z and ZR1 will use the Aluminum frame bar.

Let us know if you have any more questions!

With your sway bar, do I assume #1 is softest and #3 is stiffest?

Yes...1 is softest...3 is stiffest.

I have mine set to #2 in the front and #1 out back. Almost perfectly balanced...I STILL can't tell if the front end will push or if the rear will break loose....and I've had it that way on the race track too, road course HPDE!

Here's a lap of me at Pueblo Motorsports Park in Colorado.

They're at the Spectre 341 hillclimb event with their Camaro.
