Can you use the stock C6Z06 brake lines (OEM rubber hoses) when installing the C6Z06 calipers on a C5? I know aftermarket stainless lines fit between C5/C6, how about OEM ones?

To do the swap you need to use the C5 lines. The car end is different C5 vs C6. But the thread size and pitch is the same from 84-2011 on the caliper.

We just did a conversion in the shop using our C5 line kit

Thanks Randy. Just out of curiosity, what's the difference on the car end? Threads and pitch?

The flare is different. The C6 uses the same setup that the fords have been using for years. Why the change you may ask, I have no idea. The c6 lines require a male "olive" in the rubber-ss line.
