ALMS Corvette Good Until 2013
Corvette is safe through 2013. GM wants Corvette our of Grand Am in favor of Camaro. Where does Caddy go?

Interesting read.... I was at Road America for the ALMS (Sunday) and Brian Redmon Summer Vintage (Saturday). Attendance seemed a little lighter for both events. The last really big crowd was when CHAMP CAR raced.
GM pushing teams to go to Camaros for Grand AM.... wow, LG can't seem to catch a break.

They're safe through a lot longer than 2013 IMO. Otherwise they would not have bothered to base the Homologation papers on the ZR!, develop the 5.5 race engine, list the direct injection as legal for next year, take orders for cars for Euro teams next year, etc.,etc. No one would invest that money and effort if they were leaving GT2. However, I imagine they could find a buyer in Europe because only GT2 cars can run in the GT class at LeMans starting next year.
