F/S : Hoosier A6's & Dunlop Slicks
I am currently cleaning out the garage of all tires that I didn't use up over the summer. I have a set of 5 Hoosier 315/18 A6's that I bought last spring. I bought them from a Forum member that races T-1. The tires have 3-4 heat cycles with manufacture dates of 2008 & 09. I am asking $450 for the set.
I also have a set of Dunlop slicks that I got from LG Motorsports. I used up one set and I have one left. The size is 300/650/18. This size is similar to a 315/18. They are the "005" softer compound. This is also a set of 5 with a "006" compound for a spare. They were manufatured in 09 and were only used in testing by LG. I am asking $450 for this set also.
All of these tires have minimal build-up which we all know will scrub off once the tire comes back up to temperature.
I prefer local pick-up, but will ship, buyer pays shipping. Lately, shipping on tires is between $20 and $25 dollars a tire. If someone buys all 10 tires I will take $850 plus shipping.
Thanks for looking..............

Waddisme,
To answer your question in the best way, I would need to know what kind of a car they are going on. On a C4, 315's would be fine on the fronts. For a C5 or C6, my Dunlops would work fine, but the Hoosiers might be a little too wide for the front.
As far as the Manufacturers recommendation on wheel width, an 11" - 12" wheel is recommended for the Hoosier tires. If I remember correctly, it was basically the same for the Dunlops. That being said, I know of alot of people running these tires on the exact wheels that you just bought!
Thanks,
Scott

Several local autocrossers (one of whom is cammed and slammed in SSM) run the rear Z06 wheels with 315/30-18 Hoosiers all the way around with no problems on their C5s. You should be okay.
