New Coleman rings out of round!
Just got my second set of Coleman rings and they are noticeably out of round. Is this normal with 2-piece ring replacements? My first set was out of round as well. Side-to-side they are true but inside the fixed Wilwood calipers you can see the up and down movement at full rotation.
Thoughts?

How are the rotors attached to the hats? If it's a floating rotor that could be the run-out that you are seeing.
I've never had an issue with any of the Coleman stuff I've used in the past.

Not a floating design. Std 2-piece bolt on design hub.

Forgot to mention the first set was put in a turning machine and this is where it was most noticeable. This would eliminate the hub as a possible issue. The ring is aluminum so not sure how distorted those can become over time with heat if even possible in this application?

Maybe. Turning machines are not necessarily hubcentric. You could also have a hat is is not hubcentric. That right there can throw you off many thousands of an inch.
