You have seen my pictures of the center locks and we have some orders being finished up right now for Corvette center locks but I thought you might want to see an up close and personal look at the center lock.
Dave, owner of ForgeLine, goes in depth on their center lock conversions for your ride in this exclusive video
As always feel free to hit me up with any questions or comments!

There is a BIG undertaking in the bearings as it would have to be a HUGE order to get the costs down.
The adpater is going to add back in some of the weight but there is more material removed from the wheel, and the overall package is still lighter than OEM.
You are correct however, at current time the lightest solution would be an R wheel with the standard five lugs. For those wanting a lighter weight than stock setup and really stand out, hard to beat a functional center lock.

Burning Brakes
I don't like many after market wheels out there for our cars, but those are really something!!
Is there pricing available on those yet?

The center lock can be added to any of the ForgeLine wheels but the EV1R's. The center lock option itself is just a little over $1500 for everything you see in the video plus the wheels. Depending on sizes, colors, and options what the total set would be.

Yes sir they are.
Now I will tell you what I do on the race cars that have air guns blowing the wheels on and off...
Dry graphite goes on the taper on the wheels, and the nuts. The threads get coated with copper anti-seize. Typically we would do this daily on them to keep them from locking up. However I put them on at 400 psi.
