Good morning Everyone.
December is here and we are booking work for the winter. Time to get ready for 2011!!! Kurt has a pretty full schedule, but his new shop is working our well and he is booking work into 2011.
Below is the updated list for setup work, Tow Hooks and some other items...

2. C6 Tow hooks, non hinged rear only. $125
3. C6 Z06, C6 Z51 and base model, Removable front Tow eye and non hinged Rear Tow hook set $265
4. Front Brake spindle Brake Duct Holders... $135 per set. C5 and regular C6
5. C6 Z06 Front Spindle Brake Duct Holders $135 per set C6 Z06
6. C5 and base C6 Hawk Front DTC70 Pads, New... $255 per set.
7. C5 and base C6 Hawk Rear DTC 70 Pads, New $235 Per set
8. Roll cages for C5 and C6 Corvettes, Z51, Z06 and ZR1, call for info. All of our cages are custom built to your specs.
9. C6 and C5 Corvette Track Day Set up and Other maintenance. Call for Information. 610-482-0141. We will customize the setup to your specs or we will use our own.
10. Engine rebuild service. Complete balance and blueprinting, machine shop, cam and head upgrdes and performance improvements.
11. C5 and C6 engine tuning by appointment.
12. Supercharger and turbo Installs. Authorized Hennessey Performance Installer.. Call for quotes and specific specs.
13. Complete Set of Delrin suspension bushings. For all control arms
Get rid of the rubber bushings that push out for good!!! $1195 per set

I tried to look at your C6 tow hooks (front & rear) but the "Parts Store" section of your website wouldn't open for me.

Can you me anything further about your Delrin suspension bushings or would you prefer I call you (although others might be interested too)? I currently have worn out poly bushings from Vette Brakes and need to replace them. I'm trying to decide which way to go (poly, Delrin, metal, or something else). Do your Delrin bushings come with new hardware (like new dog bones for the upper front control arms on a C5?). Are they basically like the kits from Vette Brakes and Products and Pfadt but with Delrin rather than poly? I guess what I really want to know is what's included and how do they fit together.

I'm curious, too, since not all of our bushings are "square" and require some amount of compliance or offset. I had been thinking of getting a local shop to turn some delrin ones for the bushings that are square, though.
interested in the bushings as well

The hooks look awesome. This will be a great winter project. I hope I never have to use them.

I purchased these hooks and I am having a clearance problem with the rear hook. It seems my B&B Fusion tips are not far enough apart to allow the tow hook to mount. My tips are all evenly spaced (the stock exhaust tips have a space between the 2 center tips). Any suggestions? It does not look like the exhaust is movable. I have seen other B&B fusions that have a larger space between the center tips, not sure why mine is different.
Is there a way to make a removable (or permanent) one that would have a thinner shaft to go between the tips? Maybe like a mount for the front hook but for the rear?

I will talk to my fabricator in the am and see what we can make for you... How much narrower would you want it made? We will get something that works for you.
Not sure why the b & B's would be different widths...
