Good luck with the sale! I've seen the sister blue car in person, the attention to detail is bar none. This a top prepped T1 car!

Nice car! I have a generic question. Why is it important to maintain current SCCA logbooks? Is it a problem if the logbooks are not current? Can't you just re-tech at the start of the season? I was just wondering because I always see people posting about the logbooks. Thanks.

Yes, you can re-tech a car.

Having it up to date lends credibility that the car is "up-to-date" and in good working order with no damage. SCCA mandates that if a car sustains damage in a crash, there is a notation in the logbook. The car must be repaired and noted as such in the logbook. Having an "up to date" log book ensures (in theory) that is the case.

And yes, I know of circumstances where damages were not marked in the log book. But this is how it is supposed to work.

Hey, this car looks familiar... I just can't quite put my finger on why that is

Very nice T1 car. Would make a good starter ST2 car as well.

Good luck with the sale - I'm hoping that we can keep some C5s in T1 so I have someone to play with.

Or convert to STO. Unless something changes in the mean time (new class or extension on the 10 year rule). Also, the cars are very competitive in NASA ST2 as they are..or add some front and rear down force etc..

Joe A tried getting a 5 or 10 year extension last month and it was denied, I believe Steve G is petitioning this month for the 12 year rule like AS and a couple other classes have..

There are so many of these cars, they will be racing them in some kind of series for years to come (just not T1 I guess). Hey maybe in another 10 years we can race them in vintage series LOL (we are all getting old).

This is a very nice prepped car. The moton's a data logger with fire suppression probably cost about as much as the OEM car...
