Default Racing Tire size

Anyone know how to convert these to sizes we are more familiar with ?

The fronts are 280/ 650 R18



The rears are 320/650 R18

18 inches x 25.4mm per inch, 457.2mm wheel

285mm wide tire, 35% of that is 99.75mm sidewall

457.2 + 99.75 + 99.75 = 656.7 close enough to 650


Race tires are spec'd in width & diameter in millimeters.
