Race cars are no doubt like women, you either love em or hate em.
I have been getting my hate on for a couple of months now but I think the love fest is about to start again once I get one more part from FedEx
What's been your experience

The enjoyment has been from the friendships the sport has provided.

I don't know that I've ever hated it. It has been a good car. I do hate that I can't buy tires all the time!

Love it on track - hate it when the credit card bills come for entry fees, tires, brakes and fuel -----

If my car was insured, I would have burned it to the ground months ago.

I hate driving anywhere but on the track. Does that count?

The best thing that could happen to me financially would be for it to be stolen, and it's not even insured.

friends/family always ask "what happens if you wreck it on the track, insurance wouldn't pay and you'd be out a car".
I always say it would be a $1k/mo payraise without it

What's been your experience
In 2006, I took a vow and aim to keep it
I Dommy, take you Silver Slobber, to be my race car. I promise to be true to you in fast times and in slow, in breakdowns and in awesomeness. I will love you and drive you all the days of my life.
