Default need fair price appraisal for car

Guys and gals,

I'de like your opinion as to what a fair price would be for my combined street/track C5. I'm listing all the options so you exactly what is in it:

2003 Spiral Grey Coupe, 89,000 miles
both tops available
original LS1 engine, rebuilt tranny at about 60K
rigorous oil changes and maintainence
never wrecked, drag raced, or abused
textralia clutch with about 20k on it

Carvaggio leather race seat for driver, on electronic tracks
LG coilover suspension and T1 swaybar kit, professional setup
2 sets of wheels and tires (stock coupe set and stock Z06 set)
LG radiator/oil cooler, aircraft quality steel oil lines
Z06 titanium exhaust, Blackwing intake
front brake duct spindles and hoses
Z06 rear brake ducts
steel braided oil lines
brey-krause harness restraint bar
6 point restraintw system
G-force restraings, both sides

what I'm looking for is an honest selling price for appraisal purposes. The more opinions, the better !

Thanks !!!

In NorCal that would probably sell for somewhere between $18k-25k at most. I've been watching C5 pricing for a while here now and low miles (~40Kmi) C5 Z06 cars are hovering right around $20k-22k right now.

Thank you and I welcome all other opinions and comments. No one will hurt my feelings, just trying to get a sense of its true value.

You can always go down but you can't come up from advertised price. What did the mods cost you? What tires are on it, and condition?

The mods were all new parts. I think the Carvaggio seat was about $1000, coilovers were about $2400, T1 bars $600, radiator $1200, exhaust $600 for just the parts, installation was extra. The tires on the coupe wheels are nittos 555s and are have at least 50% tread left. The tires on the Z06 rims are Hoosier R6s with about 50% left.

The reason I'm posting here rather than simply looking on the used market is because of all the extra stuff on this car.

Most people aren't going to care about the mods you made, and most people aren't going to pay you dollar for dollar what you paid unless you bought the parts used.

Best bet for getting money "out of" the mod parts is to return the car back to stock (or as close as you can get it), and sell the parts seperately. Otherwise, you're looking at a "package" deal, and those rarely work out in the sellers favor. I've actually seen modded cars sell for less than stock cars because the implication is that it was beat on - no matter how hard you deny it.

It'll also be easier to set a realistic price point on the car, and a near stock car will open up your buying market tremedously...

That is all you need to know and understand.
Having said that an '03 coupe with 90k miles is worth about $16k - $18k. As stated before the mods will bring down the price unless you find someone who wants those mods and knows it's cheaper to buy a already modded car than do it yourself.

I would guess going price of car ie book value and 40-50% of cost of mod parts not labor to the right person. Hoosiers really nothing added. If someone is interested at all the will make an offer even if you put 25 they will call and say 20. Don't panic if you don't have to. Forty years ago I sold an outboard motor which was 1 year old. First week one call the second week same price 25 calls. You need to find the right person who values the mods as said above.

You said appraisal purposes. I assume its for DE insurance.
If so then I'd take the price I could get for the base coupe - $16-18k
add what it would cost me to add all the mods = stated value for HPDE insurance ONLY.

If you are trying to sell the car then the ask $25k, but figure it will sell in the $20K range is about right.
