Default Spectre 341 Hill climb first video LG ZR1

Hi Guys,

We won the event again. Here is the first cut with no editing. We will have a nice video up that will include much more but here is the in car (roof cam) for one of our 5 runs up the hill. The times were 3:22.x and 3:17.x and two 3:14.4x times. My last run was heading to a 3:11 high or Low 3:12 when I had to stop for Aaron Pfadt's crash.

Enjoy,

Here is a nice Photo site ::

Lou/Anthony,

Would you say that your ZR1 in it's current trim is faster than your ALMS and Grand Am race cars (tires being equal on both)? I am just curious.

The weight is the big factor. This car weighs 3250 with 750 rwhp (at the Hill on their scales). The ALMS car weighs 2600 and has 500 rwhp.

ALMS car has 5.2 pounds per HP
ZR1 has 4.2 Pounds per HP. So in a drag race, the ZR1 would win. BUt in a road race, the ALMS car would win becuse the hp only helps on acceleration whereas the weight helps on Acceleration, Braking and Cornering. So the hp is only worth 1/3 of the weight difference.

Congratulations, great run, very good video quality. I wonder if we could get a hillclimb section added to the forum?
Just a few videos from the east coast.
