Default What an awesome tool!

http://sth2.com/rocksoff/

Every since I have been going to VIR, seems like I bring 1/2 the rocks from the paddock back to my garage. It is even worse since I went to slicks. Less than 1 min and the rocks are gone from the tire, even after sitting for 3 weeks. Best $25 I have spent in a while. What have y'all been using?

The gravel you pick up at the VIR paddock is to be dumped in your drive way pot holes at home.

They work awesome! I bought mine from Quality Farm & fleet years ago for like $15.00.

It's really a horse hair brush the guy said.

It's an equine curry comb. They're about $7 at Tractor Supply.

Never been around horses much, but damn, how tough is horse hair. I wouldn't want this raked across my head. Not sure the extra longer handle is worth the extra $18 but I am OK with it. Again, should have done a asked before buying thread.

I almost bought that short one, but glad I went longer. Works awesome in tight/lowered wheel wells to clean crap off when on grid.

This forum is the best! Since I don't hang around horses much, it's very good info.

Default Curry comb

The horse enjoys the curry comb. It is used to remove dirt combined with sweat or dried mud. Since their hair is a thick coat it acts like a back scratcher. I also used it on my labs thick coat for mud and stickers.

It is worth the price just to read the warning sticker!
