Look in the C4 tech section. There are at least a couple guys using a Champ pan.

On my next build I'm waffling between a dry sump system or a road race pan and an accusump.

I run a canton road race pan and an accusump. Let me know if you need me to dig up the part number for the pan.

I put a Canton pan on my 92 over 10 years ago. Money well spent!

I've got a Canton 240t or something like that. The 7qt road race. A couple of guys have claimed they had leaks from them and were trying some other pans (thread in C4 Tech). So far so good for me...

If you using headers you might want to check on header and starter compatibility. Be sure the pump / pickup is right as well. I am thinking about using a remote filter and cooler where the battery used to be. Then adding pan capacity where the filter used to be. I will be choosing a pan this winter myself.

Yeah, Canton quality is suspect. I have one on my C4 and it's been a PITA. I've had it off several times, fluxed it, welded it, etc. It still freakin' leaks at the fill plug.

I'd take a look and see if anyone is having better luck with a different brand, maybe the Milodon or another.

I have not had any header, filter, or starter issues with the canton pan.
