The ball joint boot kit was designed to reduce heat to the ball joint, and keep the boot from melting. Each piece is made from Koolmat material, and will not separate, tear, or easily puncture. The pieces are die-cut so that they are precise.

Hay just to let you think on my thinking..... thought cause a guy puts a boot on his foot and a sock on his foot inside the boot that this part related the spark plug boot (to his shoe) and the Koolsox (sock for foot) it related to the product better.....Just trying to think outside of the box....
