I've been running it for quite some time, but I'm curious as to what you guys run...

Ive used a set up that had the front and rears the same height. Everytime I took a fast corner the cars AH took over and got all squirrly.

295 up front and 335 in the rear on a base C6 with 18" CCW wheels. There is just a whisper of space between the drivers side rear inner fender and the tire. The passenger side has more clearance but neither rub.

315/30/18.... on 10.5's. Yes you cant use 100% of the steering angle in the front because the wheels WILL hit the A arms... but its totally worth it.
I do have a set of 335's on some 12" rear wheels though, but they are mexiflush (eg stick out 1/2"

Melting Slicks
I just noticed that the OP said 18" wheels. I'm 17" wheels. 17x11.5 17x12. I put stops on my steering rack. I believe my steering wheel turns 1 1/4 turns one direction. Plus I had to do some cutting on the backside of the fender liner.

sissy. Seriously, all that stuff is only good for the street. Turn it off for the track. If you cant drive your car on track without those on... go back to street tires. Yes, that was a mean statement, but its true. Gm's AH stuff is really only meant for the road, and there WILL be times it will chime in on the track.
The C5's system is so useless that I'd love to 100% disconnect it if I would not lose ABS in the process. So Its part of my start up habit, I always remember to press that button

I get only slight rub with 18" 315's on front. Car is lowered with 1050 pound spring. I have only 1 1/4" clearance with car resting. I do have shims installed by D. Popp in the steering rack to limit the stop to stop travel.

315' on 18's all 'round. QA1 coilovers with rebound set to 11 front 10 back and spring height all the way up, no rub on the fender wells. No lock to lock steering though, or I rub the brake ducts in the inner fender well.
