Went on a 2 day track event at Road America...loved the track..very high speeds. I ran maybe 110mph through the Kink to be safe...(car has no cage) I hit about 150mph on staights...........just wondering what others run through the Kink at....

Almost ashamed to admit it, but hitting 138 after carousel, then slowing all the way to 123 by turn in, and down to 119 at the apex. I just felt like there wasn't enough track there.

After reviewing the video it was clear why, I was turning in way early.

Of course, I have a grand total of 34 laps at RA, not counting parade laps.

Hats off to anyone with the nads to go flat thru there.

Thats flying....at around 100-110mph it still allows for errors...I didn't have the *****/experience to try it faster....that track was frikin awesome!!

I think my best was 108, but wasnt on race tires, and it was sketchy. lol. I only ran about 15 laps though. Was my first time there

119 for me on old v710s... only remember this because i laughed when i realized that i was going through the kink at the same speed my patrol car does flat out!
