Are these Rotors still good?
After 3 full days of Tracking (6 sessions per day)/20-30min
Two of the days were at Road America
I blew threw Carbotech XP20's in the front...
Are the Rotors still good for another track day???

Check the rotor carefully. Are any of the cracks extending to the edge of the rotor ? If so, you are on borrowed short time. Otherwise, you could probably get another day or two out of them. I would take a spare set just in case. In the future, stick to solid rotors and you will get much better life tracking them.

What does a cracked rotor do to you when it develops during a session...will it cause damage to your calipers or cause a dangerous situation?

Unlikely to crack thru during the session, usually occurs during cool down. But when they do crack you will know it, serious vibration thru the pedal. Didn't hurt my calipers any when it happened to me.

The stock rotors on my C6Z don't thump or vibrate when they crack. The ones on the C5s I had would thump like mad when they cracked. I had a Coleman Rotor crack between the center ribs and the inside/outside faces of the rotor last month and it exhibited a very high frequency vibration that felt more like running a pad backing plate against the rotor. Even though I checked for the cause of the vibration each time it happened I didn't notice the crack until the outside face cracked.

OEM C5 rotors that crack seem to hold together well and only thump the pedal until they come back up to temperature on the track and then everything smooths out. This allows one to complete the session until coming back in to change them out. I wouldn't recommend staying out to run them for a session but it has been known to happen. As far as cross-drilled rotors, that may be a different matter. I am not sure what happens to them when they crack. Perhaps they might come apart and that would really be bad.

but you also need to check to see if any cracks are propagating toward the ID as well. I have had 2 rotors crack toward the ID and then in circular path resulting in no stopping power on that caliper.
