you may also want to consider the front / rear Alcon set-up FS in this thread.

The Alcon Type B caliper is an proven caliper that is very similar in quality and features to the AP 8350 caliper.
Better yet this Alcon front and rear kit combo can both be had for less that the cost of the Hardbar Ti front only kit.
