Its such a cocktease when i hear of this stuff where you get to "drive a few laps on the track!" I guess it wouldnt be the best idea to let some d-bag jump in his new Z06 and try hitting 200 on the front straight only to find street tires dont do too well around turn 1...

Do they ever allow full oval track to a hpde? Not like 3/4 and the infield, i mean multiple laps on the full circle so i could see speeds of 170+

Daytona has an HPDE, it is the Rolex 24 course but is also not the full oval. You are able to hit 150+ fom what I hear.

You can see 150 with a good car & a big pair @ Fontana but includes infield.
