Default Ebay harness bar any good?

I'm looking to get a harness bar and stumbled over this -

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Seatbelt-Seat-Belt-Harness-Bar-Black-Universal-/280937039888?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3ACorvette&hash=item4169270810&vxp=mtr
Has anyone tried this? What can you tell me about it, besides speculating?

Thanks!

I wouldn't use it. I have a sharkbar from vetteworks. I like it, it fits, looks good and was easy to install.

•Description: ◦Direct bolt-on design requires little or no modification for fitment
◦May require removing belt covers at each side of the chassis to mount bars
◦May require reversing one or both ends on the harness bar to sit properly
◦Although new, paint may be a bit scuffed or scratched due to imperfections
◦May require touch up on paint for cosmetic purposes
◦Will not work with models that have automatic seatbelts
◦Made of lightweight steel
◦Provides an attachment point for racing seatbelts with seatbelt loop
◦Helps stabilize the vehicle by providing support to vehicle chassis
◦Improves turn situation
◦Compatible with stock and aftermarket seats / seatbelts

•Notes: ◦Hardware included may not match all vehicles, need to be bought locally
◦Installation instructions not included
◦Professional installation highly recommended
◦Additional Applications may work, please contact us for more information
◦Also available in Black, Blue, Red, or Silver

Don't cheap out on harness bar. Find a GOOD used one & shoot it with paint.

+2. It's not worth it. Plenty of stories re: cheap harness bars folding, etc.
