I have a C6 z06 with an ARE 1007 pan and a canton remote oil filter and just want to see if I have it hooked up right.

Below is a diagram of what I have setup. The oil direction arrows are just my guess so I am hoping someone can confirm I got them right. And I didn't even have a guess on the flow of the two main lines at the bottom of the tank.

Are you trying to use the stock oil pump? Take a look ar AREs site and they have schematics for correct connections. You need to pull oil from pan into tank and most people use the stock pump to oil the engine. All of this is dependant on how many stages your oil pump is.
