I am playing musical c5 parts, attempting to create a discernible difference between my street and track cars. The car that is going to be my track car has a stock air filter. On other cars I have a Volant and K&N CAI's. Anyone have a strong pref of one over the other. I will need to do a little cutting for the K&N but don't mind that a bit if anyone knows that it will make more power. Asking here as I figured there'd be a better chance of real-world numbers. this would be on an otherwise stock ls1. I'm sure with a CAI, if there is a difference it's not much but...
