We have a Pyrotect 6 point harness in the C6Z06 that my wife usually drives and trying to get the length on the shoulder & lap belts adjusted is making me insane. That harness has those wire safety clips on the adjusters that from what I've read are designed to keep the belts from loosening under vibration at high speed, as pictured here:

My practical experience is that they keep them from loosening COMPLETELY! The TeamTech harness I have in our C5Z06 doesn't have the springs and I've never had any problem with the belts loosening, so my instinct is to just removed the darned things. Before I do that, please let me know if I'm missing something obvious. On my TeamTech I just lift the adjuster and the belt loosens, on the Pyrotect forget it, lifting it accomplishes nada.
