A arm bushings....
After my last track day I noticed my bushings are about disintegrated... what's the best cost effective replacement? And can I just cut the old out and put in the new? Or do they need pressed?

To replace the bushings you either have to buy new a arms or replace the old with poly bushings. There are no oem bushings available. Went thru this a few months ago and settled for the poly.

Been covered here to a pretty good extent.

Another option is to go for the T1 control arms, and these last a bit longer but sooner or later you'll be in the same place where you are now in a few months. The cheapest and easiest fix is to flip the rear bushing as described in the link above. Cheap easy and fixes the problem....

No cheap easy replacement available. You could contact a couple of the Vette Recyclers that are forum vendors to purchase used arms. My recommendation, since you track the car, is to just go ahead and install the poly bushings. Fix it once, fix it right and be done with the situation. You will like the difference on track !

On this topic, what does everyone think about how these bushings look? This is on the driver's side. The one on the right looks a bit scrunched to me, and it seems like there's been some rubber that has extruded from the core.

You need the set of pfadt polys that the op doesn't buy...

That means you have to figure out a way to remove the bushings from the aluminum pins. You can try to cut and grind them off or burn them off, but you'd be crazy to do that. It's a complete waste of time and money.
Holy cow I literally have 7 PM's about these. Going to respond to them all now.

A) Used Pfadt Poly bushing kit. $200 shipped.
B) All 8 C5 control arms with Pfadt Poly bushing kit already installed. $600 shipped.
