Default changing trans fluid......

I know some of you guys are gonna think this is stupid, but I'm curious if anyone else tracks a car with an automatic, and if so, how often are you changing the fluid/filter.
This is primarily my street car, but I like to take it to the track periodically. I am not abusive to the car, but the fluid does get a lot hotter than with normal spirited driving.
2011 base coupe, no mods, 23000 miles, 4 track days on the car now.

What do you guys think?

I have a manual, but change fluids at least once a year due to exposure to increased temps on the track.

I like to change all of my fluids and filters on my 07 Vet DD every March, which has over 155K miles on it.

I changed twice now in 88,000 miles both times the fluid looked and smelled fine However I have a Big Trans cooler. I don't think it would be that good without one The manual specs 30,000 miles in severe duty service track use may be harder than that

The differential I change ever year so far it has looked like new every change
