Default Last day at the Nurburgring GP track

Good Morning,

what great past few weekends were! Starting with 17 November, had a great day at the Nordschleife, ran consistent 8 minutes during tourist day. Track was cold and foggy. Please bear in mind, car is DD (C6 Z06) with stock aero and on street tires. It was the last day this year that nordschleife was open.

Then following weekend went to Hockenheim ring, had amazing time! Been here for 2 years, haven't been able to ride it yet until now! It was raining cats that day, first two sessions were in complete wet! I was actually a bit happy, since i wasn't too familiar with the car in the wet, so it allowed me to safely discover limits. I was following track prepped E36 325i. 3rd session was semi wet, and 4th session was completely dry!!! Ran amazing lap times, passed a pretty fast porsche gt3. Unfortunately my go pro died after the first two sessions

And then there was yesterday. It was amazing sun setting track day, 1 the last day the nurburgring GP was open, and we were the last two cars off the track I did two 20 min sessions back to back. On my second lap I was following my buddy in track prepped E92 M3 (430hp, full cage, no interior, KW suspension, Brembo BBK, pilot cups, GT3 Aero all around, DSG). We were at about 2:20-2:25 laps (this is the long course), with parts of the track being wet. In the beginning of the year in my supercharged e90 i was going about 2:30-2:35 with much better track conditions.

I'm currently seriously considering GT3 style rear spoiler, as the back end really jumps around... but I am afraid to sacrifice the daily drivability (is it ok to drive at 190mph?).

Here is the vid from GP track!

here is a vid of the same track in my supercharged m3 (I don't move my hands anymore )

and here was the last day of nordschleife (if you missed my last posts).

Do you still have the stock dampers? If yes, then I highly recommend getting new dampers before trying the wing out. I switched to Pfadt adjustable sport shocks and the difference was night and day!
