Rebuild power steering rack or buy remanufactured?
I am thinking about refreshing my power steering rack by having Turn One rebuild it, I believe the cost is $250 for the rebuild.
Then I found a remanufactured rack from zip-corvette for $210 and this includes inner tie rods and boots.
Is the rebuild from Turn One better than a remanufactured rack?
Any advice is appreciated.

If you call turn one, they will give you a dozen reasons why theirs is better than a remanufactured one. I have a rack needing repair or replacement and spoke to them about 6 months ago but haven't done anything about it yet.
Go right to the source, lots of good things said about turn one products on the forum.

Turn one by far is the best. Don't waste your time with a reman from anyone else.
Eventually, they all start leaking, even the turn ones. I've had a turn one on my track car now a year and it's starting to seep from one of the boot seals, not bad but it will eventually get worse. For now I put some of that sealant stuff in there and it's working well, no puddles under the car. I kept my other rack and going to send it back soon to be rebuilt.

Safety Car
I have a Turn-one pump on all of my cars, but not a rack yet. My question is this: my rack is not leaking yet, but the whole cradle is out of the car right now. Is there a real need to upgrade or is this something to do when it eventually fails?
Obviously it's easier now but the list of "to do while it's apart" is already very long (translation: expensive).

My ps pump went out about a month ago, so I figure the rack is not far behind. Not many used around to send to T1 for rebuild. Good luck with the rebuild.

Turn one pumps are killer, don't forget to get one of their pulleys as well when you do. Makes install much easier.
We have used reman racks from Zip, GM, and Turn One. Never had an issue with Zip or Turn One racks....have had some issues with the GM reman units on our race cars from lines breaking to seals failing early.
