Thanks for the feedback.
I have also been looking at the DBA 5000 2 piece rotor.
Is it 2 piece rotor you got or 1 piece?

Tomra,
That is one ugly disc!!! I know you said you weren't quite ready for a full BBK yet, but please check out an article I wrote about Big Brake Kit Benefits you may not have Considered. Sometimes the initial costs can be a bit deceiving vs. the long-term costs & benefits. In my experience (10 years of selling brakes in the aftermarket), a BBK can actually save you money if you plan to keep your car for a few years. Good luck getting your brakes sorted, and let me know if you need any help.

Whey don't you guys offer a direct replacement rotor for stock calipers? Something like this? http://www.essexpartsblog.com/news/c...-big-brake-kit Later on, the calipers could be added.

They are the 1 piece rotors, I looked at the 2 piece but for the price and amount of use I get out of the 1 piece I could not see paying the higher cost of 2 piece

I'll also vote against drilled discs, they ALWAYS crack on the track, the exception being some of the higher end BBK's where the rotor was designed with holes. Slotted is better, but I still prefer a standard smooth rotor.
