Toyo R888 size for C6
Looking to upgrade to R888 for my track days. Looking at the sizes available there are several combinations also I have front brake cooling hoses. I can do either 18s all round or 18/19. I appreciate any ones experience. There going to be mounted on TSW wheels with +50 front +65 rear off set.

As an aside, I run the R888 on my GS in stock sizes. Nice performing tire, I'm very happy with them.

I used to run 285/30/18 and 305/30/19 on my C6.
It had LG Motorsports World challenge wheels... 18x10, 19x11.
Sorry, I don't know the offsets.
But everything cleared just fine.
The wheel weights had to be the "thin" ones to clear the front calipers.
I ran through 3 sets of these tires over 6 years, autocrossing.

toyo r888 can be done in factory 275/35r18 325/30r19 sizing
this will fit the widebody cars and with the right wheels can fit the narrow cars as well
if you want to go even wider
335/30r18 and 345/30r19 should work with the same relative height ratio as the computer system wants. note this would be a pain in the *** to get the 335s to fit up front but the rear 345s have been done before on the widebody cars
good luck!

If you plan to track it a lot and this set of wheels/tires are going to be track only I would consider going square. By using the same size & offset on all four corners you are able to rotate tires and get the most life out of them. Fronts wear out the most, drivers side more than passenger side also. I have typically got 1.5 times the life out of rears when I wasn't running a square set up. Now I rotate them after every day on track and get even wear and the most life out of my tires.
I view it as; at HPDE's I'm not trying to set a new record and would like to maximize my dollar spent on consumables.
