Trying to find out approximately what the dimensions should be for the control arms on a C6 Z06 where the bushings go.

In particular, the inner diameter where the bushing mounts and the length of that diameter for all the control arms.

I'm trying to figure out if a set of control arms is the correct size or if they've been bored out or altered in that area. Thanks!

Every bushing in every control arm? I'm just wrapping up making a set of monoballs for my C5Z so I have all the bushing dimension data. If you want to PM me the dimensions you have I can check it against the dimensions I just took with my CMM.

If you look at Ridetech's Delrin Bushing install instructions, they give dimensions for their bushing sizes. Those dimensions are within .001''
of the actual control arms I measured here. Easy resource you can use.
