Default Normal machining tolerances for Wilwood Calipers?

Ive finally had a chance to inspect some parts from my FNSL6R brake kit and have a question on the calipers - one is slightly off in terms of the to body halves joining. It looks like the rest of the caliper is aligned but one end seems like there is either less material (like it was hand finished) or was misaligned. I have seen this before but much worse (https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...lwood-bbk.html). My caliper is maybe .5mm off on that section and doesnt look like its going to cause a functional problem. The rest of the caliper looks aligned. If the issue is only cosmetic and its okay to use then Im fine, but Id rather have a second opinion.

Could this be from hand machining/ deburring a little too much material off?

Thanks!

EDIT:
Below is a picture of a similar caliper from wilwood's site:

It seems there is a similar thing going on here on the right

I have really enjoyed my Wilwood SL6's for years on the track. I really don't think the outside dimensions of the housing is critical at all. The only real importance is found on bore centers and galley alignments. That, of course, is assured during the machining of the housing. It has always been fine on mine.

Simply the mating of two body halves. Those are not one piece calipers. If not for the taping before powder coat it wouldn't really jump out at you.

The holes for the bolts to pass are going to be slightly larger than the bolts themselves allowing for easy assembly. When bolted together the alignment of the two parts is off a touch is all. You could loosen up the four bolts and try to hold it spot on when tightening them again but I seriously advise against that.

My main concern is functionality; if its just cosmetic then Im going to leave it as is.

Thanks for the replies!

Won't even remotely effect function.
