Phoenix Performance in Pa and East Coast Supercharging in NJ and The Vette Doctors are competent shops with good reputations. Prices are highly variable depending on what type of equipment you want to install. Suggest giving them a call and discussing exactly what you want. Click on their logos on the right side of the page for more info as to each shops capabilities.

Autosportfab.com

His shop is just outside of Hartford, CT. Pete is a very sharp guy, does great car prep, and prices are super reasonable. He travels with Bimmerworld as one of their suspension techs in setting up the cars to get the most out of their tires. He did the cage in my car and built my racing motor when my stock LS6 blew last season. My car is there now getting balanced, aligned, all fluids changed, windshield defroster installed, straight pipes, X Pipe, and a bunch of other crap I don't want to think about.

Anyway, he gets my vote. Tell him Mark from AMT sent you!

The shop I use is Hi Speed Motorsports in Milford, CT. My guess is it is about an hour and half from Queens, no traffic. Owner races. A regular winner in NASA GTS3. He knows what he is doing.

Just had coilovers and delrin bushings installed so prices should be close to this: CO's ~$500, my guess is sways will add a little but not too much when done w/ CO's, alignment and balance about $375-$400. The shop doesn't look like much but I could not be happier with the work.

A bunch of us local autocrossers also go to see Steve at SJF Performance in NJ.

Steve is very particular about his work and doesn't just send stuff out the door. Many of us have been happy with his alignments, corner balancing and installation services. Try him at (973) 896-1672.
