Does any one know who makes these louvered fenders?

I have vented fenders on my race car and they work well.... But they sure do spit out a lot of rocks!

didnt the Pratt and Miller C6s come with vented fenders?

judging by the screw on headlights and vinvl wrap that appears to be a race car. may not have started life as a GM body at all.
