Default C5 urethane sway bar bushings

Does anyone have experience with urethane sway bar bushings on a C5Z? How long will they last compared to stock rubber bushings?
Also, how long do stock shocks last on a C5Z on a car that sees heavy track use?

Have you done any research on Delrin bushings? I run Ridetech's Delrin bushings on our C5Z track car and they probably make the second biggest difference of everything on the car. Before changing the bushings there was always an unpredictability at autocross and on the track, you knew what you were directing the car to do but there was a slight delay in response. After the bushings that unpredictability was all gone, they made an unbelievable difference. The car has been put to the test at countless autocross and track days and I haven't had an ounce of problems. I swear by Delrin bushings.

Since you mentioned shocks I also want to note that I also run Ridetech's single adjustable HQ Smooth Body Shocks. Again, never had any trouble and these shocks have a 1,000,001 mile warranty. I will never have to buy shocks again. If you have any questions just let me know

My car has around 40-50 track days on it and is still on the original 2003 shocks (and sway bar bushings)

It still seems to drive okay, but I would love to see a shock dyno

My car seems to have a bit more body roll and has wear on the sidewalls. I'm down a second off my best times from last year (1:31.8 at Willow Springs). A smart friend suggested that perhaps the sway bar bushings are worn out. That is why I'm asking about urethane bushings. He also suggested that although he does not think that worn shocks are causing the body roll, he thinks that the heavy track use probably means that the factory shocks are worn.

Are you on last year's tires? Was the weather any different? There's your second and then some right there.
