Still no resolution. Penske stopped replying to my questions so I still don't know the valving. Gary told me he was away on business and would be back in a week... well it's been several weeks now. Apparently the stuff was ordered by his then companyon Roger Strout from leading edge who has since passed away. This is starting to look like a finger pointing game where no one owns up to their mistakes. I have a feeling it's going to end up being mr Strouts fault and since he is no longer with us I'm SOL.

All penske says is send them in to covert... yeah right... throw more good money at this. Cost too damn much for nothing already.

Theyre not damahed but brand new never ran. Just too ling because someone ordered the wrong shock bodies. Redoing them is more expensive than a new set of LGs

You might want to look at claiming a theft loss on your tax return if you itemize on Schedule A.
Won't help a lot, but you WERE robbed. So there you go.
