Default does wheels/tires really matter when getting alignment?

2016 zo6 with 500 miles going for first auto cross alignment, do i really need to put my hoosiers on for the alignment ? the height of stock and race tires are only 1/10th different but my offsets of race wheels are in towards car about 1/2 inch---there is no rubbing at all when i tested- thanks

If you are just setting camber/toe/caster no it doesnt matter. If you are also corner balancing and adjusting rake, I would do it with the race set.
