Not sure about fenders, but Bob Mayer and Buzz Fyhre had some quality looking aftermarket flares on their C5 racers. You might contact Sam Power at Crossroads Motorsports in the Atlanta area. He was Bob's crew chief.

Maybe Kerry Hitt at ACP composites. He may have made a world challenge body for C5's.

L5 makes nice finders if its a budget build.
ACP makes the best quality body parts that I have used.

If you are on a budget I am going down to sign up for my government cheese tomorrow.
Wish I knew some connection for you but Onks does know a fellow that added some flairs to a vehicle in his shop.

We built all spare parts ourselves.
Front Fender L+R 1800.-
Rear fender L+R 1750.-
4carbon end pieces 1000.-

Bought some universal flares and cut them in, body guy did a great job blending

I agree that those are the best looking C5 exposed headlights I have seen. If not way too high I would buy a set
