Whoa. Very nice. How many hours did you put into this project? What power plant did you go with?

Most projects like this end up looking terrible. Your project looks fantastic! Good work!

What this is is a bucket list car. Built lots of cars and modified plenty.
Did enough sheet metal fab to kinda get the hang of it. Said some day..............well i made myself take this on. The design is all the things i liked from different cars of the era. 5 years and lots of frustration and learning here it is. trimmed the c3 down to 2600lbs with the alloy body work. 50/50 weight dist. 383/415hp tremec 5spd. stops, goes and corners. The tires are the limits. I just cruise in it. Thanks for the kind words, Ray

You, Sir, have some serious fabrication skills. It really does have a 50's vibe going and I love it.

Awesome style, same for your talent. IF you have that kind of talent you should do that to a c6z. Then the entire car is aluminum. Maybe I'll donate mine to the cause

Today I did what I should have done when the frame was out. The car was built with the 4spd and I then did a 5 spd. I put it in from the top...........Had to fab a aluminum tunnel that was removable and it went in through the passenger door. Now that it's together and have put 2k miles on it i decided to do the removable cross member thingy.

Default c3 spreader bar

Here in a warm shop on a icy day. Made a fancy bar. Most likely would not fit if it had a shroud and PS. And a pic of my frozen yard art. Ray
